Elite's in-house design team builds your lighting layout, runs the photometric studies, and renders your space in 3D so you can see exactly how the light will look. Design and visualization are part of every National Accounts program, not a separate engagement and not a separate invoice.
3D renderings of your space
Photorealistic visualizations of your lobby, sales floor, guest rooms, exterior, and back of house, fully lit with the proposed Elite fixtures. You see the light before you buy the fixture, and you can walk it in front of stakeholders without leaving the room.
Photometric studies
Footcandle calculations, uniformity ratios, glare control, and daylight integration. The technical drawings that prove the design meets the energy code, the brand standard, and the human-factor goals you set at the start.
Spec packages & CAD files
Revit families, AutoCAD blocks, IES photometric files, submittal sheets, cut sheets, and installation drawings. The deliverables your design team, your contractor, and your local code official all need.
