How a program runs

From first conversation to post-sales support.

Six stages, one team, one accountable partner from concept through completion.

  1. 01

    Discovery & Program Assessment

Every National Accounts program begins with understanding your business, brand standards, and project goals. We can review your existing fixture schedule, evaluate architectural plans, conduct prototype or site visits, or develop a completely new lighting concept.

Working closely with your team, we identify your expectations, performance requirements, budget, rollout strategy, and long-term objectives before developing a customized National Accounts program.

    Discovery and program assessment
  2. 02

    Design & Engineering

Working closely with your team, we develop a master fixture schedule and present multiple lighting solutions designed to meet your project objectives.

We create lighting layouts, photometric studies, and photorealistic 3D renderings so you can evaluate the design, compare options, and approve the final lighting program with confidence.

    Design and engineering
  3. 03

    Specification Finalization

Working closely with your team, we finalize every aspect of the lighting specification, including the fixture schedule, product selections, finishes, optics, CCT, lumen packages, beam distributions, mounting configurations, pricing, and project documentation.

Once approved, this becomes the standardized lighting specification for every future location.

    Specification finalization
  4. 04

    Nationwide Rollout

Once the lighting program is approved, we work with your procurement team and the distributor of your choice to develop a detailed rollout plan for every location. Together, we coordinate pricing, release schedules, inventory planning, and deliveries to ensure products are available when needed and every project stays on schedule.

Based on your rollout requirements, we establish inventory expectations, including maintaining up to three months of inventory at Elite and one month of inventory at your distributor, ensuring product availability throughout the program.

    Distribution, Simplified

Purchase Through the Distributor of Your Choice

Once your rollout plan is established, Elite integrates seamlessly into your existing procurement process. Continue purchasing through the distributor relationships your organization already trusts without changing the way you buy or establishing new vendor relationships.

Regardless of which distributor fulfills your order, Elite remains your manufacturing partner, providing engineering, production, quality assurance, technical support, logistics, and warranty services throughout the life of your project.

With authorized distribution partners across the United States, Canada, Mexico, Europe, Asia, and the Middle East, Elite delivers a consistent lighting standard across your entire portfolio while meeting local code requirements, voltage standards, and regional certifications.

    Post-Sales Project Support

Successful projects require more than great products. They require a responsive partner. From installation through project completion, your dedicated National Accounts team works alongside your organization, contractors, and distributor to help resolve challenges, answer questions, coordinate solutions, and keep your project on track.

Whether it's replacing a fixture damaged during installation, expediting additional products, coordinating revised delivery schedules, providing engineering or technical assistance, supporting field modifications, or responding to unexpected jobsite conditions, our team is committed to delivering timely solutions and ensuring your project continues to move forward with confidence.

Color quality

Engineered around the quality of the light itself.

Seven qualities designed into every Elite luminaire, so the color, comfort, and consistency of your lighting match the standard your brand deserves.

90+ CRI Standard | 98+ Available

Exceptional Color Accuracy

The way customers see your products is just as important as the products themselves. Lighting with poor color quality can make merchandise appear dull, food look less appetizing, and skin tones appear unnatural. Color Rendering Index (CRI) measures how accurately a light source reproduces colors compared to natural daylight.

Elite luminaires are engineered with a minimum 90+ CRI as standard, with 98+ CRI available for applications where exceptional color accuracy is critical. The result is richer, more vibrant colors, more attractive environments, and a customer experience that reflects the quality of your brand.

Exceptional color accuracy
High R9 Performance

Enhance the Customer Experience

Some of the most important colors your customers see every day are also the most difficult for LED lighting to reproduce accurately. Reds are found in food, skin tones, wood finishes, fabrics, cosmetics, and retail merchandise. When these colors are not rendered properly, products can appear dull, skin tones can look unhealthy, and the overall environment can lose its warmth and appeal.

R9 measures how accurately a light source reproduces deep reds, one of the most challenging colors in the visible spectrum. Elite luminaires are engineered with high R9 performance, ensuring richer reds, warmer wood tones, healthier skin tones, and more vibrant merchandise that creates a more engaging and memorable customer experience.

High R9 performance
TM-30 Color Fidelity

Natural, Balanced Lighting

Great lighting isn't just about making colors look accurate. It's about creating an environment that feels natural, comfortable, and inviting. Lighting that oversaturates or mutes colors can affect the appearance of merchandise, finishes, and interior spaces, changing the way customers experience your brand.

TM-30 is the lighting industry's most advanced method of evaluating color quality. Unlike traditional CRI, TM-30 measures both color accuracy and color fidelity across a much broader range of colors, providing a more complete picture of how lighting performs. Elite luminaires are engineered to deliver exceptional TM-30 performance, creating balanced, natural lighting that enhances your environment and delivers a consistent customer experience.

TM-30 color fidelity
2-Step MacAdam Color Consistency

Consistent Brand Experience

Your customers expect the same experience every time they walk into one of your locations. Even slight differences in lighting color from one fixture, one store, or one renovation to the next can create an inconsistent appearance that impacts your brand image and customer experience.

MacAdam Ellipse measures how closely LED colors match one another. The smaller the MacAdam value, the more consistent the light appears. Elite luminaires are engineered using 2-Step MacAdam Color Consistency, ensuring virtually identical color from fixture to fixture, room to room, and location to location. The result is a consistent lighting standard that helps protect your brand identity across your entire portfolio.

2-step MacAdam color consistency
Superior Optical Control, Visual Comfort & Uniform Light Distribution

Comfortable, Balanced Lighting

The way light is distributed throughout a space has a direct impact on how customers experience your brand, how employees perform, and how comfortable people feel within the environment. Poor lighting can create glare, harsh shadows, uneven illumination, and visual fatigue that distract from your products and space.

Elite luminaires are engineered using precision-designed reflectors, lenses, optical chambers, and beam distributions that shape and direct light exactly where it's needed while minimizing glare and reducing unwanted light spill. Every luminaire is optimized through photometric analysis to deliver smooth, uniform illumination with exceptional visual comfort. The result is a balanced lighting environment that enhances visibility, improves the customer experience, and creates a consistent appearance throughout every location.

Superior optical control
Low Flicker Performance

Reliable, Flicker-Free Performance

Many LED fixtures produce rapid, invisible fluctuations in light intensity called flicker. While the human eye may not consciously detect this flicker, the brain continuously processes it, which can contribute to eye strain, headaches, fatigue, and reduced visual comfort during extended periods under the lighting.

Flicker also becomes highly visible when viewed through smartphone cameras, video conferencing systems, security cameras, and professional photography, creating distracting bands, flashing, or rolling lines across the image. For today's retail environments, restaurants, offices, hospitality spaces, healthcare facilities, and educational institutions, flicker-free lighting is more important than ever.

Elite luminaires utilize premium LED drivers engineered for low-flicker performance, delivering stable, consistent illumination that enhances occupant comfort, improves visual performance, and provides clean, flicker-free lighting for photography, video recording, security cameras, and digital media.

Low flicker performance

Every Elite luminaire is designed to reduce operating costs throughout its lifecycle. High-efficiency LED engines lower energy consumption, premium drivers provide reliable long-term performance, and advanced thermal management protects LEDs to maximize their lifespan. Combined with long-term color stability, Elite luminaires maintain a consistent appearance, reduce maintenance and replacements, and deliver a lower total cost of ownership.

Color you can trust

We make your space come alive.
