Manufacturer, not broker

We make the fixtures. We run the program.

Most National Accounts programs are distributors. Elite is the rare combination of manufacturer plus program. The lead time, the warranty, the substitutions, the next revision: those are our decisions, not somebody upstream's.

The broker model

  • Pulls from upstream catalogs they don't control
  • Lead times shift with their supplier's schedule
  • Warranty claims get triangulated through the manufacturer
  • Substitutions when the original SKU goes out of stock
  • No say in the next revision of the product

The Elite model

  • We engineer and assemble the eight flagship fixtures ourselves
  • Lead times set by our factory, not someone else's
  • Warranty handled directly, no middle party
  • Stocking and QuickShip on the SKUs that anchor the program
  • You get a say in the roadmap for fixtures on your spec

Why specifiers choose Elite

It is not how bright. It is how true.

Anyone can hit a footcandle target. What sets a space apart is color you can trust. Elite is 90+ CRI as standard, 98+ optional, with high R9 on every fixture.

Ordinary light, low R9Most fixtures

Elite, 90+ CRI and high R9The Elite standard
Skin and makeup under Elite high-CRI light

The same photograph under each light. Low R9 quietly pulls the warmth out of skin and the depth out of reds, subtle on a screen, obvious in a room. Elite holds skin, lips, food, and merchandise true to color.

An East Coast grocery chain had a CRI problem in the fresh departments. ER3 and HH downlights with 98 CRI and a high-R9 spec replaced their incumbent low-CRI fixtures. Produce visibly improved. Department managers reported a meaningful drop in shrink within the first quarter.

Commercial · Multi-tenant portfolio

Office portfolio, 38 buildings, 12M sq ft.

Corridors, common areas, and parking integrated with existing BMS controls.

A commercial real estate operator unified their corridor and common-area lighting across a 12M sq ft portfolio. HH downlights and A2 adjustables integrated with each property's existing building management system. National price locked for three years; tenant fit-outs draw from the same approved product list.

Program support

The back-office work, done.

The documents, filings, and tracking that hold a multi-site program together. We carry it so your team doesn't have to.

Spec sheets & submittals

Pre-built submittal packages keyed to your master fixture schedule, ready for the architect or AHJ.

Approved product list

A locked APL for the program, with substitutions vetted by the same team that wrote the spec.

National price list

One price list, locked across the rollout, with volume tiers and freight rules baked in.

Logistics & freight

Drop-ship, palletize, store-by-store, or warehouse. Freight terms agreed up front, no surprises.

Cross-reference list

Crosswalk from your incumbent SKUs to Elite equivalents, with photometry and CRI verified.

DLC & rebate filings

DLC and Energy Star documentation by SKU, plus filing support for utility rebates.

QuickShip & stocking

Stocked configurations on the shelf for the program, with QuickShip on common SKUs.

Warranty & returns

Five-year coverage with a documented returns and replacement path. Parts in stock for the life of the program.

Store-by-store tracking

Live shipment, install, and punch-list status by location, shared with your construction team.

Sustainability

Built to last. Light that uses less.

The most sustainable fixture is the one you do not have to replace.

50,000-hour lifespans

LED modules engineered for L70 at 50,000 hours. A fixture installed today runs through three lamp replacement cycles of the legacy systems it replaces.

Recyclable aluminum

Housings and trims cast from recyclable aluminum. End-of-life take-back available in regions where local rules require it.

30 to 60% energy reduction

Typical rollouts cut connected load by a third to a half versus the legacy fluorescent or halogen systems they replace. Rebates frequently cover a meaningful share of the retrofit cost.

ESG documentation

Spec sheets carry the data corporate sustainability teams need for reporting: wattage, lumen output, lifetime, recyclable content, and end-of-life pathways.
