Lighting that makes guests want to stay.

From the first impression in the lobby to the quiet of a guest room, hospitality lighting sets the mood and carries the brand. We standardize that feeling across every property so a guest knows your name by the light.

In hospitality, light is the experience

The light carries the brand.

In hospitality, lighting is not infrastructure. It is part of the guest experience. The right light sets the atmosphere from the lobby, flatters food in the restaurant, makes a guest room feel like a retreat, and reads as deliberate everywhere in between. Get it right in one property and you have a moment. Get it right in every property and you have a brand.

What we bring

Built for the hospitality spec.

The National Accounts program brings four things to a hospitality brand at once.

A complete hospitality portfolio

A complete hospitality portfolio

Downlights, pendants, adjustable accents, wall wash, and LED track. Sized for everything from a 1-inch precision micro-downlight to a 24,000-lumen atrium downlight, all to one color standard.

Dynamic light in every space

Dynamic light, in every space

SmartWhite tunes ballrooms from working session to gala. SmartDim warms the dining room as the evening winds down, like halogen, while holding high CRI all the way.

Design and rollout support

Design and rollout support

Lighting layouts, mockups at a prototype property, IES files, rebate documentation, and a dedicated National Accounts manager from the first conversation to the last install.

Why us, and not others

The difference shows the moment a guest walks in.

When a hospitality brand standardizes lighting, the spec is what travels to every property. Here is what is in ours, compared to what is typical.

On the quality of light

It is not how bright. It is how true.

CRI scores how truthfully a light renders color. R9 measures deep red, the color hiding in skin and food. Elite is 90+ CRI as standard, 98+ optional, with high R9, on every fixture. In hospitality, that is the difference between a guest who looks rested and one who looks sallow, and food that looks appetizing and not gray.

How we design

Four layers, balanced for comfort.

Every hospitality space is built from four layers of light. We lock the recipe into your specification so it travels to every property.

Ambient · 30–50 footcandles

The comfortable base that lets guests and staff move through the space with ease.

Lead: HH, ER3

Task · 50–200 footcandles

Focused light at the front desk, the bar, and back of house where accuracy matters.

Lead: FPR, FC Combo

Accent · 150–500 footcandles

The drama. Art, architecture, and features lit at a 5:1 ratio to draw the eye.

Lead: A1, FC Combo

Decorative

Fixtures that read as design. Pendants and cylinders that reinforce the brand story.

Lead: FPR pendants

Room by room

The right light for every space, and why.

No environment has more space types than hospitality. Here is how we light each one, the Elite fixtures we standardize, and why each pick is right for that room.

Lobby and reception

Lobby & Reception

The first impression. Warm, navigational light with brighter task levels at the registration desk and accents on art and architecture.

Fixtures: HH general, ER3 accent, FPR pendants, A2 wall wash
Why: HH carries clean ambient at any aperture, ER3 puts sharp accent on art with class-leading aiming, FPR is the decorative moment overhead, A2 wall wash defines the vertical surfaces.
Restaurant and bar

Restaurant & Bar

Flattering, intimate light that makes food and faces look their best, with the mood warming as the evening winds down.

Fixtures: FPR pendants, A1 accent, FC Combo, SmartDim
Why: FPR with SmartDim recreates the candlelit ambiance of incandescent while holding high CRI. A1 puts a tiny, precise accent on each plate. FC Combo lets one housing highlight a feature wall and the tables beside it.
Guest room

Guest Rooms

A sense of retreat, multiplied across hundreds of rooms. Quality light at the desk and mirror, gentle ambient everywhere else.

Fixtures: A1, A2, HH small aperture, FPR
Why: A1 and A2 give intimate, glare-free accent at the desk and mirror without imposing on the room. Small-aperture HH provides comfortable ambient over the bed. One FPR pendant signals quality without crowding the space.
Ballroom

Meeting Rooms & Ballrooms

Flexible spaces that shift from presentation to gala. Tunable white and control-ready fixtures change the mood without changing the room.

Fixtures: HH high output, FC Combo, SmartWhite, Control Ready
Why: High-output HH covers the full lumen range from breakout to grand ballroom. FC Combo provides aimable accent on stage and presentation surfaces. SmartWhite tunes the room from a 4000K working session to a 2700K reception.
Corridor

Corridors & Circulation

The connective tissue of the property. Continuously illuminated for safety, with a rhythm that feels designed, not utilitarian.

Fixtures: HH downlights, A2, wall sconces
Why: HH at a small aperture keeps the rhythm calm and code-compliant. A2 picks out art, signage, or a textured wall where you want a moment along the run.
Spa and wellness

Spa & Wellness

Calm, low, and warm. SmartDim takes light into rich amber tones, with wet-location optics where they are needed.

Fixtures: A1, ER3 (IP65), SmartDim
Why: A1 puts the smallest possible accent over treatment beds without imposing. ER3 with the IP65 option handles wet locations. SmartDim takes the entire space into the warm tones that signal relaxation.

Recommended for hospitality

The fixtures we standardize most, and why.

FPR Pendant
FPR Pendant

Architectural Pendant

1,200 to 2,200 lumens, with Warm Dim that warms as it dims like halogen.

For hospitality: the pendant of choice for restaurants, lounges, and lobbies. Warm Dim recreates the candlelit ambiance of incandescent without giving up CRI.

A1
A1

Precision Micro-Downlight

A 1-inch adjustable or fixed micro-downlight at 90+ CRI.

For hospitality: intimate, glare-free accent for guest rooms, art, and spa treatment beds. So small the fixture disappears and only the light remains.

FC Combo
FC Combo

Recessed Multi-Combo

One to four aimable heads in a single housing, up to 3,000 lumens per head, 90 to 98+ CRI.

For hospitality: one housing covers up to four feature angles in lobbies, bars, and ballrooms. Re-aim and re-merchandise without recutting the ceiling.

HH Series
HH Series

Modular Downlight

4 to 10 inch apertures, 500 to 24,000 lumens, CRI up to 98.

For hospitality: the ambient backbone. One platform covers a guest-room corridor and a 30-foot atrium with the same color quality.
